Cancellation Policy

🎙️ Flight 7 Studio Code To keep sessions smooth, safe, and professional, all artists and guests must follow these rules: 🚫 Safety & Conduct No guns allowed inside the studio. Respect the space and staff 👥 Capacity & Parking Maximum of 5 people allowed per session. Maximum of 2 cars per session in the parking area. 🚬 Smoking Policy Smoking is only allowed in the booth. No smoking in the control room, lounge, or hallways. ⏰ Session Time Session time starts at the booked time, not at arrival. 💳 Payments & Deposits Deposit is required digitally to confirm your booking. Remaining balance must be paid in person to the engineer (cash, Cash App, or digital payment). 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your session time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 2 hours of your session or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. ✅ Following this code helps us provide the best recording experience for you and your team. ❌ Violating of this code may result in session cancellation without refund.
